Thank you for choosing Duzky ltd as your wholesale partner. We are committed to delivering your bulk orders safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. 

Please review our wholesale shipping guidelines, terms, and conditions below. 
1. Order Processing & Lead Times
  • Standard Processing: All wholesale orders are processed within 2 -4 business days.
  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2pm will begin processing the same business day.
  • Bulk Production: Orders requiring pallet assembly or custom manufacturing carry a lead time of 5 - 7 business days.
  • Operational Hours: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding national and bank holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We utilize major commercial freight and parcel carriers to secure competitive rates for bulk shipping.
  • Parcel Shipping: Smaller wholesale orders are shipped via standard ground carriers like [e.g., UPS, FedEx, DPD, Royal Mail].
  • LTL Freight: Oversized, heavy, or multi-box orders will be shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight on standard pallets.
  • Rate Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on total weight, dimensions, and destination zip code.
  • Free Shipping Tier: We offer free standard ground shipping on domestic orders exceeding £150].
3. Delivery & Address Requirements
  • Commercial Addresses: Freight delivery rates assume the delivery location is a commercial property with a loading dock or forklift.
  • Additional Services: Liftgate delivery, residential freight delivery, or inside delivery must be requested at checkout and will incur an added fee of £60
  • Address Corrections: Any address changes requested after order dispatch will result in a re-consignment fee charged to the buyer. 
4. International Wholesale Orders
  • Eligible Regions: We ship internationally as well please contact our customer service team for more information
  • Duties and Taxes: The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees incurred at the border.
  • Ex-Works (EXW) Option: International clients may arrange their own freight forwarder or courier pickup from our warehouse. Please contact us at sales@duzky.com to coordinate.
5. Freight Damage & Discrepancies
  • Inspection Upon Arrival: The buyer must inspect all pallets and packages for visible exterior damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Notating Damage: Any physical damage or missing pallets must be clearly noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
  • Claims Window: Claims for interior product damage, hidden defects, or item discrepancies must be submitted to our team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Submission Info: Please email photos of the damaged goods, the packaging, and the signed BOL to customercare@duzky.com to initiate a replacement claim.
